A.   Account Deletion Instructions

Dear Paisa Monitor User,

If you wish to delete your Paisa Monitor account, please follow the steps below:

1. Send a Deletion Request
   Please send an email from your email address (associated with your account) to support@paisamonitor.in with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

2. Identity Verification
   To verify your account, we may ask you to confirm your email address to ensure your identity and correctly delete the associated account.

3. Deletion Confirmation
   Once our support team receives and verifies your request, we will send you a confirmation email.

4. Data Deletion
   Upon confirmation, we will permanently delete all data associated with your account from the Paisa Monitor systems. This process is irreversible.

5. Deletion Completion Notification
   You will receive a final confirmation email once the data deletion process is complete.

Please note:

• After account deletion, you will no longer have access to any Paisa Monitor services or be able to recover deleted data.

• We commit to completing the deletion process within 14 days of receiving a valid request.

• We do not retain any user data during or after the deletion process.

Data Deletion Policy

At Paisa Monitor, we are committed to respecting your privacy and giving you control over your personal data. This policy outlines how you can request the deletion of specific data while keeping your account active.

1. Your Right to Data Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of some or all of the personal data we have collected from you—without needing to delete your account.

2. How to Submit a Request

To initiate a data deletion request, please send an email to support@paisamonitor.in.

In your email, include:

• Your full name

• The email address associated with your account

• A detailed description of the data you would like deleted (e.g., specific entries or all personal data)

3. Important: Irreversible Deletion

Once you confirm your deletion request, the selected data will be permanently removed from our systems and cannot be restored. Please review your request carefully before submitting it.

4. Data Retention

We do not retain any personal data after it has been deleted at your request. Once the deletion is complete, no copies, backups, or recoverable versions will remain in our systems.

5. Response Time

We will confirm receipt of your request within 7 business days. The data deletion process will be completed within 14 days, unless otherwise notified.

6. What Happens After Data Deletion?

If you request data deletion, your account will remain active, but the specified personal data will be permanently removed.
